Time for Pizza!

If you haven’t been to Farm and Fork Pizza, Wisconsin, don’t miss a stop at this delicious spot in the Chippewa Valley. You still have several weeks left of pizza nights before they close up shop for the 2024 season. Pizza season for 2024 at Farm to Fork runs from May 18th through September 21st. Then the slumber will begin until the pizzas reawaken in the 2025 season.

Outdoor pizza season is kind of short so we have to enjoy it while we can, just like sunflower season. But we can also look forward to the Wisconsin fall when it’s time to pick apples!

What’s the Scene at Farm to Fork Pizza?

Farm to Fork Pizza is an open air restaurant where the summer breezes are welcome to flow through the space. The main building is a large, natural wood structure with high ceilings with a largely open concept.

There is plenty of inside seating if you want to stay out of the sun, or also stay out of the rain if the weather happens to go that way during your visit. In addition, there are also lots of picnic tables set out on the green grassy lawn if you want to dine fully al fresco. They state on their Facebook page that bringing your own chairs can be a good idea on a busy night. We had ours along for the ride, just in case, but didn’t need them.

You can watch the pizzas being cooked by Chef Tommy in the wood-fired pizza oven. When a pizza is ready, Chef Tommy rings a big bell to let everyone, but mostly your server, know another delicious pie has been baked to perfection. The bell adds another level of fun to Farm to Fork Pizza.

What Drinks are Offered at Farm to Fork Pizza?

Farm to Fork currently offers 5 different beers on tap and they also have 1919 Root Beer on tap.

Jeff tried the Pseudo Sue IPA from Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. (Iowa) and really liked it. It has fruity notes and balanced flavor that wasn’t overly bitter like some IPAs can be.

Farm to Fork also has lots of different bottled and canned beers, cream sodas, sparkling waters, canned pop, kombucha, and more. They are also doing mixed drinks too with vodka, tequila, rum, brandy, whiskey, and gin. So there are plenty of choices here.

We were pleased to see good prices too; there are lots of drink options in the $2 to $4 range.

Angie tried the drink special for the day which was ‘Tropical Cocktale,’ a sour made with passionfruit, orange, and coconut. It was a great drink as it started sweet and finished sour. Angie loves a sour, but Jeff doesn’t normally prefer them. He really enjoyed this cocktail.

Live Music at Farm to Fork Pizza

Farm to Fork Pizza has an open mic night every Thursday 6pm to 9pm.

There is also a different live music act at Farm to Fork every Saturday from 6pm to 9pm. This is a great opportunity to catch a new band and eat some delicious pizza!

During our visit there was music playing over the speaker system at Farm to Fork which adds to the fun environment and makes for a relaxing atmosphere. The music was at just the right volume when we visited, loud enough so you could enjoy it, but quiet enough so you could still hold easy conversations with others. We’re guessing there wasn’t live music during our visit because it was on again off again rain that evening.

Farm to Fork Merch!

Farm to Fork has some really cool looking t-shirts, tank tops, and hats for sale. So after you fill up on pizza you might also find a new clothing item you want. Angie has the blue cow jumping over the pizza moon t-shirt and it has quickly become a favorite because of the good fit and soft feel.

Should You Go to Farm to Fork Pizza?

Yes! Maria and Tommy, the owners of Farm to Fork Pizza, have built something wonderful. There is good energy here. There is good pizza and good drinks here too. Their prices are fair and the quality of the food they are making is worth the cost. We had a great time here and we think you will too.
